Help our dog walk again

Mika is a beautiful 6 year old Japanese Spitz, she is a little cloud puff and has the most wonderful temperament to match. She’s a much loved member of our family - especially to our young girls. On the 14th of August Mika had an unfortunate accident while out on her daily walkies. The injury is painful and means she can no longer enjoy her usual playful walks or even move around the house comfortably. After consulting with our vet, we’ve learned that Mika will need surgery to stabilise both her wrists so she can live pain-free and regain her happy, active life.

The surgery involves placing a plate in her wrist to give her the support she needs (also known as carpal arthrodesis). While this offers her the best chance at recovery, the cost is significant, and as a family, we need help to make it possible.

Mika has given us nothing but love and loyalty for the past 6 years, and we want to do everything we can to give her the care she deserves. Any donation, big or small, will go directly towards Mika’s surgery and recovery, helping her get back to her playful, happy self.
