Whanau released from isolation and bring beloved Trinity home

Aue!

It has been 18 days since Trinity's tragic car accident.

It has been 14 days since our beloved Trinity's passing.

It has been 15 & 14 days our whanau have been in isolation.

Today, Trinity's siblings Rakaia, Tawhiri and close whanau are released from isolation.

They will be reunited with Trinity and bring her home.

Home to Pipiwai.

Home to Kaikou Valley.

Home to Eparaima Makapi Marae.

Home to be with whanau who will prepare her for her final resting place.

Our whanau are in isolation

Our beautiful whanau are now in isolation day 5/14. On behalf of my whanau, we are forever grateful and thankful to all you kind hearted and generous souls for your donation/ koha/ offering. Whether you are family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances or strangers, your words of support and generous donations have been of comfort.

All covid tests and screening have come back negative, woohoo!

Trinity is awaiting her brother, sister and cuzzies in isolation so our next big mission is getting them out early to bury Trinity.

These visits have been tough, so close yet so far!

Trins new jorney to the otherside of the veil

Our beautiful Trinity passed away peacefully this morning and is now on a new journey to be with her Mum, Dad, Uncle Tony, Uncle Leon, Uncle Shannon and all of our ancestors.
