Please help save Ambers Life, and for Chichi’s vet treatment too.

Please help save Amber and help with Chichi’s treatment too.

Rangiora, Canterbury

Hi I’m needing to raise money for my beautiful Amber, and Chichi’s vet treatment. I have been saving in my vet account for awhile, but it’s not enough for all they need.

Unfortunately I have some physical disability’s due to an accident, resulting in CRPS, so I am studying for a new career where I can help other’s, I have a very limited income. I am a long time single mother with three beautiful children.

We have all been to hell and back, …and our dear Amber and Chichi have been with us all the way, by my side through two major surgeries and injuries.

Amber is a really huge comfort to my son who suffers from Anxiety, Amber and Chichi are a huge comfort to my children and I.

Amber needs an URGENT Double Mastectomy surgery, as the vet found two small lumps in her mammary glands. She has had her dental treatment done recently, and I still need to pay for this.

Unfortunately this is all more than I have saved or raised so far. I’m hoping I can find work I can manage and sell some of my paintings.

I am funding this on my own.

I have to try and save Amber, she’s such a special wee girl, who has saved me so many times.

Please if you can spare anything to help save Amber’s life, and for Chichi, we would be forever grateful, they mean so much to us. They are a huge comfort to my children and I, and a lifeline for my family.

Even if you can only spare $5 it will all help us to look after them both.

Thank you to all who have supported us with the extra care they are needing at the moment.

I have a quote from RVC for $4200 it may be as much as $4500, just for Amber. So I am trying to find a more affordable vet for Amber’s double mastectomy and spay, plus get Chichi’s teeth done.

Use of funds

Amber’s double mastectomy and spaying, Chichi’s dental treatment and any further treatment he needs.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
