We can conclusively see that the Daratumumab is working. Chris' haematologist is very pleased with the results of the most recent blood test, which shows that he is very close to being in remission. This is absolutely fantastic news and we are all incredibly relieved. Long may it last! Thoughts and prayers appreciated immensely.
Chris was able to start Daratumumab last week and we couldn't have done it without the incredible generosity of all the donations, both here and privately. We are so incredibly grateful for all your prayers, thoughts and good wishes. We have now reached the goal we need to fund this drug for a whole year. Thank you, thank you. Chris and Anna are overwhelmed by the support and donations given to them through this platform. The response has been overwhelming. They are so appreciative of everyone's incredible generosity. As there is a lot of fund-raising going on in their community, they have asked that the goal be set at $90K now rather than the original $140k. Chris begins his new unfunded treatment next Thursday and this is a direct result of the incredible response he has had to the fundraising being done on his behalf.
