Lexi needs a surgery to walk again!

Lexi is a 6 months old male kitten, I've had him since he was 1. He is very affectionate and friendly to everyone, he loves to play and is full of energy. I let him out to roam the neighbourhood and he always comes back very happy. Recently, he came to me after being outside miaowing and pulling himself with his hands, he seemed unable to walk and won't let me touch him. I took him to the vet the day after because his condition only got worse. After doing an X-ray the vet found out he fractured his hip bone and will need a surgery (femoral head ostectomy) ASAP to be able to use his litter box and walk again. Lexi will also need an Enema as he hasn’t pooped in days due to his bone soreness and is constipated. The surgery will cost 3500$ that I don’t have as of now.
