$10,000 and 3 days to save Poppy's life-please help to save this beautiful loving cat after a brutal dog attack Thankyou

Ranui, Auckland

My friends cat Poppy suffered a dog attack on Saturday 20 September 2025 and suffered a fractured jaw that needs to be popped back in and she has a massive severe hernia and ruptured intestines. She has been quoted $10,000 for the surgery by the Emergency vets. My friend has been given three days to raise the money and the surgery or she dies. She lost her partner last year and this cat is her world. My friend is devoted to cats and feeds any hungry cats. She is currently feeding six of her neighbours cats. Please this cat means the world to her and we need to help this selfless lovely lady.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
