Please Help Scotty To Keep Fighting!

  • Surgery Has Been Scheduled!

      22 July 2026

Hi everyone, just updating all of those interested. Scotty’s second surgery has been scheduled for Monday 3rd August.

As we’ve said in the past (and in the Givealittle blurb), this is a higher risk surgery - so naturally we are anxious but optimistic and happy that we are moving forward on our journey

In addition, we want to say thank you, thank you, THANK YOU (once again!)

There'll never be the words to express just how grateful we are for everyone's generosity as our Givealittle page continues to grow.

As we have said, we found it hard to take the leap and ask for help. But seeing and hearing from people how much it's also meant to them being able to contribute reassured us it was a good decision.

These funds change our whole picture and path ahead.

Treatments that we simply wouldn't be able to afford are now a possibility.

And ultimately, let's be frank about this, it means Scotty could be alive for a lot longer. We confident and absolutely determined for Scotty to get to see Kipp grow and for him be able to spend more time with our little family and friends.

THANK YOU BEYOND WORDS to those of you who have been generous enough to donate

  • We Are Completely & Utterly Speechless!

We are completely and utterly speechless.

The incredible amount of generosity and love we've received already from our Givealittle page has been absolutely overwhelming! Every donation, every share, every message of support and every kind word has meant more to us than you'll ever know. The tears have certainly been falling in our house since last night.

Despite facing the toughest test of our lives, a silver lining (for everyone) is the little reminder that our world is smaller than we think. At the end of the day we are one community, we are all in this life together, and that's been abundantly clear through the generosity and kindness expressed from all of you.

We wish we could hug and thank you all individually, in person. We'll never be able to express just how grateful we are.

    Mia, Scotty and Kippy

    ❤️
