  • Here is an update from Michelle and how she is doing.

    This update has been a long time coming, sorry for such a delay!

    I have just completed my third round of treatment and things are hopefully working well - only 14 more to go!

    After a slight reaction to the first dose and 6hrs in A&E, a little more preparation is done before treatment which seems to be working.

    I am looking to have another surgery in the coming months to fix a damaged/trapped nerve and to soften the main part of the scar to allow more movement in my neck.

    Thank you to everyone who is supporting me through this journey - either financially or emotionally, it has been truely amazing xx

  • Have received $30000 from health care

      28 January 2023

    On 27th January, Michelle’s health insurance has advised they will provide $30k towards the Keytruda without it impacting her claiming back money for appointments.

    This has been a huge relief for the family, however we still require to fundraise $70K (hence the reduced sought amount)

    We are so grateful for all of the kind messages from everyone and appreciate all of the donations. Family, friends and complete strangers have been so supportive towards this cause and Michelle and her family are overwhelmend by it all.
