Please help us replace contents loss and finance loss

Our car had broken down and was thought to be left in a secure spot- only to come back on payday with a tow truck to find our $15,000 vehicle burnt to char including our babies car seat amongst the loss!
We need help covering the cost of the loss of contents and paying back the finance company. we thought our GAP insurance would come to the party only to be denied.
