Please help Vicki get the surgery she needs

I had a major accident fracturing my skull, sphenoid bone in the skull, orbit, nasal bones, a brain contusion and completely shattering the right side of my mandible (jaw) and lost some teeth and severed one of the main facial nerves.

After 14 surgeries including re-plating my jaw and when that didn't work, removing a rib, muscle, artery and vein and placing it in my jaw to try and bridge the huge gap. I spent time in ICU and many hospitals around the Nth Island.

This surgery eventually broke down causing the opposite side TMJ (temporomandibular joint) to crumble. The solution, to replace both sides with TMJ replacements (much the same theory as hip replacement joints) and to reconstruct the right side of my face. I still am on many medications for pain and PTSD, anxiety and depression relating to this trauma.

During all this I lost many teeth including ALL of my molars on one lower side of my jaw. As a result I can no longer eat on this side and the facial nerve damage makes it very difficult to eat on the injured side. I am in need of dental implant surgery of the molars and ACC are refusing to help. I am on a soft diet again until I can get the surgery I need.
