Please help our Nepalese friend Sobit Bhandari, his family and his village. Every little bit you can offer is of tremendous help to them!

Sobit Bhandari is a kind young man who exudes nothing but positivity and light, even after this horrific tragedy. His family of six are living under a tarp and have no home, like thousands of their neighbours.
Despite this, Sobit still delivers medicine and food to others who are worse off than he every day. The family is trying to constructing bamboo shelters before monsoon season sets in.
Sobit tells me he wants nothing more than to ensure they all have enough supplies until the day they hear more from their government. As yet, they do not know when real help will arrive.
Sobit Bhandari was a porter my husband and I met while trekking in Nepal in 2012. He is a young man who spreads kindness and eagerly helps others, especially after this tragedy. I asked Sobit if I could try to raise money to help him so he can purchase supplies for his family and others in the village who are even worse off. He is overwhelmed and grateful and pledges to do all he can to improve life for people around him.
Sobit says he has no idea when help will come from the government officials as their village is a distance away from Kathmandu and there are tens of thousands in desperate need.
Will you please help by donating even a little bit to this cause? I will wire whatever has been generously donated straight to Sobit on June 5th.
Please view the most recent photos Sobit has taken of Dhading's condition on the Gallery tab.
Bless you for your generosity.
