Police Brutality. Horrific Assault. Help with Legal Fees

I need help to pay legal bills to submit a complaint to the IPCA ( independent police conduct authority)

In January this year, I was falsely charged and arrested by police.

I did not argue or resist arrest.

In the police station, when left alone after being interviewed, I was horrifically assaulted by a single police officer in the interview room.

I was refused to be allowed to contact a lawyer of my own choosing, the interview recording is blank ( this would prove that I was refused my lawyer, and the assault that took place on me was not recorded, ( they said both the recording devices were faulty, and the seperate cctv of the room was also faulty), I believe this to be untrue.

There are so many layers to this case the lawyer has said it will cost $5k just to look at the case, and I estimate a minimum of $20k to complete.

The main point of this complaint to the IPCA. I was alone in the interview room. I asked an officer standing outside the room if I could use the bathroom. He was rude and abusive towards me, I asked him not to speak to me so aggressively and again asked to use the bathroom.

As you will see from my picture on the main page, I was wearing a sling ( this is exactly how I looked in the station). I had just had shoulder rotator cuff surgery.

The officer threw me to the ground, ripped my arm out of its sling, handcuffed me behind my back and threw me into a chair.

He ripped the shoulder repair and another tendon.

He then charged me with assault on a police officer (him).
