Poppy is very skinny and you can feel all her bones, she has a respiratory infection and needs this page to help pay for her medical bills.

Warkworth, Auckland

Hi everyone, my name is Poppy and I was found all alone on a farm in Wellsford. I am very skinny and you can feel all of my bones. I was rescued by the lovey farm owners and there dog.

Unfortunately they couldn't keep me but looked after me for a week. They tried to contact some animal rescue shelters but they have all been over run with kittens and couldn't take me.

After that my farm rescuers took to Facebook looking for a rescue shelter they may have not tried but with no luck things weren't looking good, a family saw the post and took me into there home in Warkworth, they had just adopted a 4 month old rescue kitten 3 days earlier.

I was given my own room, fresh water, wet and dry kitten food and was taken to the vet that afternoon.

This give a little page is to help with the medical costs for Poppy, once she weights enough she will be de sexed. She is very underweight, had a high temperature, eye and nose discharge and cracking in her lungs. The vet gave her a worm tablet and some antibiotics as she has a respiratory infection.

Please follow her tiktok to see updates on her progress.

She is so lovely and scared.

Use of funds
