Help Te Awamutu Volunteer Fire Brigade raise vital funds to purchase a replacement purpose-built emergency response ute.

Te Awamutu, Waikato

The Te Awamutu Volunteer Fire Brigade is proud to be hosting a Fundraising Dinner with guest speaker Sam Cane interviewed by Between 2 beers (well known podcast hosts) and Auction Evening on Saturday 23rd August at the Te Awamutu Events Centre. This event will raise vital funds toward the purchase of a replacement purpose-built emergency response ute to enhance and serve our community.

We’re inviting local businesses to support the Te Awamutu Fire Brigade Fundraiser through a range of opportunities. You can purchase a table for your team or clients $1250.00 for 10 guests to enjoy a night of great food, entertainment, and community spirit. We’re also seeking donations for our live auction or major raffle – anything from products, vouchers, services, or experiences is greatly appreciated. Every contribution helps bring us closer to our goal: purchasing a purpose-built first response emergency ute for our community.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
