Quarantine Island/Kamau Taurua Transportation Fundraiser
We are helping raise funds to reduce the transportation costs for volunteers joining the restoration project.

We are a management group within the University of Otago Management Faculty assigned with helping a non-profit organisation based in Dunedin.
We have decided to assist Quarantine Island/Kamau Taurua, an organisation dedicated to helping care for the island, protecting and enhancing its ecology and heritage, its simplicity and peacefulness. They welcome others from the wider community to visit and get involved in the preservation of the island's flora and fauna.

Use of funds
One of Quarantine Island/Kamau Taurua's main obstacles is that transportation for volunteers can often be costly, and deter potential newcomers. With your help, we aim to raise money so that they can subsidise the transportation cost.
