mum back at home

30/09/2016- mums come out of hospital today, shes still very weak and not eating much but man is it great to have her home again.
shes lost alot of weight in the 2 weeks she was in hospital but the family will make sure she gains some of it back in time.
well take care of mum until she needs to go back in hospital when she gets sick again- we are going to treasure the time we have left with her.
mums grand daughter kahla my niece has been amazing with mum, visiting every day bringing mums great grand daughter to visit, buying mum her favourite diabetic lollies.
at the moment the family are doing different types of fund raising so we can raise money to take mum places, we live in feilding and i want to take mum to tepapa i think she would love that

mums not doing so well since she came out of hospital over a week ago, so we have decided to start pampering mum now instead on her birthday, because i dont think she will be with us by dec 31st

22/10/2016, mums back in hospital again, she was out nearly 3 weeks- it looks like this is her final admission, she slipped into unconciousness and doesnt know that we are there anymore- the hospital is just making mum as comfortable as possible, we were hoping she would last until dec 31st when she will be turning 8o but that is no longer a possibility now, all money donated will now be used towards her funeral and memorial

My family have decided to bring mum home today.we know in our hearts mum would want to die in her own bed in her own house surrounded by the ones who love her

mum passed away today at 5.15pm, she died in her own bed at home,thank you to those who have supported us and those who donated to mums give a little, although we didnt get to do all the things we wanted, we are at peace with what has happened and we know we will see her again one day, we are going to celebrate mums birthday on dec 31st with a family gathering and memorial of mums life
