Quinn Pikes Team NZ Debut

Quinn Pike is an aspiring young athlete making her debut for Team New Zealand at the Virtus Swimming World Championships in Thailand in August of this year. Quinn has shown tremendous potential and commitment, and is an outstanding role model as a representative for New Zealand in Para Swimming. Quinn was officially selected for the New Zealand Virtus World Championships team on the 25th May, and is now fundraising to help make this dream happen. Any contribution is appreciated, and any funds raised will be used for this event even if our goal is not reached. Quinn has been swimming competitively since the age of 12, and her success in such a short timeframe clearly exhibits her dedication and commitment to the sport and her training. Aside from her hardwork and dedication, Quinn shows excellent sportsmanship and works hard to encourage and support her fellow athletes alongside working towards her own success.

Quinn’s high level of achievement is evident in the 12 New Zealand records she currently holds: Long Course records - 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle, 50 breaststroke, 100breaststroke, 50 butterfly.
Short Course records - 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 50 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke, 50 butterfly and 100 individual medley.

Funds raised will be received by Donna Pike, Quinn’s mum, who will ensure all funds raised are put towards their best use in getting Quinn to Virtus in Thailand.
