Support my cycle trip around the world
Waitakere, Auckland
After 6 months solo away from home, it's been nearly 180 days since starting from Singapore, on my way to Western Europe.
I've cycled 6 countries so far, and now through central asia, Kazakhstan and not too long Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
12,000km down, 12,000km to go.
It's been nothing but hot. I've timed every season so far, so every country I've been to it's been summer time. From the summer I left in NZ, the summer in SE Asia, and the summer in china, now there is no escaping the coming winter in Europe.
I'm excited for the next part of my trip, where I will be in ever more unfamiliar countries with cultures and languages I cannot speak, unlike the ease of china with my ability to speak basic Mandarin.
I hope you are enjoying my trip from my Instagram so far, I'll continue my best to keep you as up to date as possible on my epic adventures!
These donations will be going into my Kiwibank account in NZ, message me if you would like to direct bank transfer! 😊
Food, water and accommodation, with the extra for other costs along the trip
Quinn's cycling update 31 August 2025
As of two weeks ago, I've finished my cycling journey from Singapore to Nordkapp, Norway and then down to London, UK. To total at 35,400km it's been now 18.5 months on the road.
Now being back in New Zealand it's been wonderful seeing family again and living in a warm dry home and eating wonderful food.
Just a final thanks to those who supported me on my trip, and it wouldn't have been as easy without you, so thank you!
I'm leaving New Zealand again mid September back to Turkey, and I'm hosting a BBQ at my home in Waitakere, Auckland, so if you are keen for it on September the 7th, send me a message on Facebook! I'd love to see you there.
