    Mother update

    Been a little while since last one, which as they say no news is good news

    Mum's wound has healed up finally and she is feeling a lot better.

    She started Radiation treatment on Thursday in Palmerston North. She will be down there for the next three weeks. On my way down now to spend the night and day with her.

    Can see the light at the end of the tunnel now, fingers crossed

  • Change of plans

    Hey Guys

    So been a very trying time of late, mum spent near on a month in hospital, with numerous trips to theatre. Due to this and the fact her abdominal wound is still open she has been told she can not continue with chemotherapy and now has to go down the path of Radiation treatment, which she was hoping to avoid, in Palmerston North. We should find out in the next few weeks as to when this will start.

    Thank you again to everyone who has donated so far. And anyone who is keen to visit mum, go for it. She is home most days except Monday's and Thursday's when she goes back to Theatre.
