Raising funds for my mother's Heart & Double Lung Transplant

My mother is critically ill and she is suffering from Respiratory failure as the upper lobes of both her lungs are damaged. She needs a heart and double lung transplant to survive this condition as her heart is also slowly failing as a regressive effect of the lung condition. This is a highly expensive surgery. She is currently admitted at Apollo Hospitals in Chennai, India. Mum has been hospitalized for more than 6 months undergoing several treatments which have already incurred a huge hospital bill on top of the quoted Transplant package. All my family's funds have been utilized for the treatments and hospital admission. There are no medical benefits provided in India and we have already exhausted all of our Insurance covers and personal savings. Hence I am seeking support to raise funds for my loving mother's transplant and post-transplant recovery costs. Please support and help save my mother's life.
