Raising monetary funds for Hastings Flood Relief!!!
We need your help to raise funds for flooding relief to Omahu Primary School down in Hastings!

Howick College believes in the importance of whanaungatanga (connections between people) and caring for our community. In response to the flooding in the Hawke's Bay area we reached out to Hastings Girls High School, and after many zoom meetings with them, we believe that it is vitally important to raise funds for the needs of schools down in that area. We have and will utilise a non-uniform day, collection of care packages and support (both physically in person and emotionally through messaging) as other methods of bringing aid in their troubling circumstance. We need your help to meet the needs of these people! Howick College, in Cockle Bay, Howick, Auckland is a school that strives to inspire young learners and make a positive impact on the community, and wider society.
Use of funds
The money will be directly sent to Omahu Primary school (in the Hastings area). This money will be used for books, uniforms, toys, and other equipment that was lost during the flooding.
