Raj and Family urgently needs our financial support!!

We’re reaching out to seek your generous aid to help for our Father’s (known to many as Raj Kumar Sharma) lungs surgery.

Raj has been an inspiration to all of us. No matter what challenges came his way, he kept strong and was always positive to help others.

On 19th of April, Raj had severe breathing issues during his holidays with my mother in NZ. He was immediately taken to Middlemore Hospital. An X-Ray was performed and Dr. found that his lungs have collapsed which is called pneumothorax. Intially, Dr’s tried to drain his chest but It didn’t work therefore he was referred to the Akl City Hospital.

Sadly, my father had to go for a surgery. It was very difficult to make an accurate prognosis without the surgery.

Since Raj is a visitor in NZ. He had no health insurance and he is not entitled for the funded medical treatment or any other aid. Intially, He was in Middlemore Hospital and then AKL City Hospital for an immediate surgey. He was discharged from Hospital on 17th May 2023. We have now received invoices from AKL and Middlemore Hospital which is of $65,000 for his medical treatment.

Our families are going through superbly tough financial time. we are earnestly requesting to wider community to consider making a generous gift, spare few dollars and contribute a little towards the surgery and treatment for Raj.
