Gabby's Starlit HOPE Charity wants to bring smiles to the faces of kids and their families in hospital this Christmas.
Nationwide
Angel Gabby had a vision to put smiles on the faces of kids and their families while in hospital by doing random acts of kindness. Gabby loved doing her Christmas RAKs (Random Acts of Kindness) at Christmas so we want to continue her legacy but we need your help to fund this. 100% of all donations will be used for Christmas RAKs which will include:
* Presents for kids on Child Cancer Wards in Starship and Christchurch and kids on Taranaki Childrens Ward
* Christmas breakfast for parents on Starship Cancer Ward and Taranaki Children's Ward.
* 12 x Grocery Hampers to local Taranaki Cancer Families.
* Special Christmas candles for local breaved cancer families.
* Christmas themed boredom buster activity packs throughout December for kids at Starship and Christchurch Child Cancer Wards and Taranaki Children's Wards.
Gabby's Starlit HOPE - Is a charity that was started by a 13yr old Gabby Devine. Gabby experienced first hand the harsh treatment required in the battle against cancer. Her vision was to provide random acts of kindness (RAK) to children in hospital especially cancer children and their parents and families. Sadly Gabby passed away in May 2015 yet not before her charity had developed into making a difference to sick children going through their varying challenges in life. Her achievements have led her to win many awards including a National Youth award for giving back and being the Taranaki Daily News Person of the Year in 2016.
100% of all funds will be used for Random Acts of Kindness this Christmas.
