Let's get KP into the top 100
Nationwide
Competing in the ASB classic against former world number 7, Richard Gasquet, was a great experience for KP and highlighted that he is not far away from playing at that level.
Over the last 12 months KP has been working hard to improve his ranking to create opportunities like this; to compete against the best in the world. His ranking has improved significantly, jumping 800 spots to the top 500 in the world.
Now we are looking to improve this further over the next 12 months, but it requires significant resources.
To compete with the top 100 in the world, KP needs sponsorship and support.
He needs a travelling coach, better access to physio, wellbeing and nutrition, travel costs and so on - just like all the other players in the top 100.
We've worked out the total sum he needs to be in the top 100 is around $100,000 a year.
Any donations, small or large, are much appreciated and will make a difference in helping KP to compete on the world stage.
Thank you in advance for your support!

Tennis update 26 April 2023
Kia ora all,
Just wanted to pop in here to say a huge thank you again for your support and to give you an update on KP's tennis.
From KP:
Hey guys, I want to give u all an update on what’s going on with me and more specifically why I have been sidelined recently.
During Davis Cup in February I picked up an injury I’m sure many of you are familiar with plantar fasciitis.
A few weeks after the Davis Cup, I tried to play in an ATP challenger event over here in the U.S.A. to test my foot and see if I could manage the pain. In the first round, I played Donald Young and somehow managed to win the first set with very limited movement but that was short-lived as I lost in 3 .. the next few days I could hardly walk. It was highly recommended by a doctor to rest it as it could cause a rupture and heal spurs.
My foot is on the up and I’m praying that it keeps getting better so I can get back out on the tour in May. All the money that has been kindly donated has not been touched and will be put to good use for touring and travelling with a coach for the majority of the events
Hope all is well with everyone, and that this message is insightful to what’s been going on with me
Cheers,
KP
