A heartfelt story of Shivani bhabi's brave fight with cancer, her passing, and the need for support to help her daughters' future.
Manukau, Auckland
In late 2023, filled with hope, excitement, and dreams for a new life, Shivani bhabi (sister-in-law), along with her husband Arunesh bhai (brother) and their two beautiful daughters, Sinthya and Suhani, made the life-changing decision to move from Fiji to New Zealand. They were ready to start a new chapter, unaware that their world was about to be forever changed.
In the middle of 2024, Shivani bhabi's life took a devastating turn when she was admitted to Middlemore Hospital due to swelling in her legs. After numerous tests, doctors delivered the heartbreaking news: Shivani bhabi had been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Despite the challenges ahead, Shivani bhabi was a warrior. Over the course of the year, she underwent multiple rounds of chemotherapy, enduring countless medical procedures, but she never lost her fight or her spirit.
On February 15, 2025, Shivani bhabi's journey on this earth came to an end, leaving behind her loving family and an indelible legacy of strength, courage, and love. Shivani bhabi leaves behind two very bright but traumatised little girls, Sinthya and Suhani. Please help them by donating whatever you can, as any money raised will go towards securing their education and providing support in any way possible during this incredibly difficult time. Your generosity will help give them the hope and future their mother so lovingly dreamed of for them.
Arunesh and I are first cousins.
The money raised will go towards supporting Synthia and Suhani's education, helping with their emotional well-being, and providing for their future needs.
