We are representing NZ in Mexico City for the First Global Robotics Competition and we need your help to get there.

West Coast

We have been invited to represent NZ at a robotics competition (https://first.global/) held in Mexico City in August 2018.

We are from a small rural community on the West Coast of the South Island and this experience will mean so much to our kids.

We will be taking our 4 year 13 students and one teacher. Our robotics group has grown from 9 students 4 years ago to over 20 in 2018. Our students mentor each other, design and run fundraisers and compete in competitions across the country.

About us

We are a diverse group of year 9 - 13 students who build and programme robots to compete in a range of competitions around the country.

Use of funds

Money will be used to pay for accommodation, flights, our robotics kit and uniforms.
