Meet Alexei.
His journey began in 1996 in Russia. Since birth, he was put into a Russian orphanage with major medical health issues fighting for his life. In 1998 a miracle took place in his life. A kiwi couple traveled halfway across the world to bring back him back to New Zealand and welcome him into their family, giving him a second chance at life.
23 years later the door is open for Alexei to reconnect with his biological mother and newly discovered birth sister for the very first time. Alexei seeks to meet face to face with them both. Alexei and the team are wanting to record this milestone, and have been wanting to create a short film length documentary. This untold story will be documented as much as possible through film and imagery.
To accomplish this, we are looking for people to partner with us in achieving this dream. Our target is to raise $10.000 on this page. Every little bit helps and with your love and generosity it would be much appreciated.
