What a result. Just over $30,000 USD raised by the group of 10 riders. Thanks to your support we have made a great start to the Betty Sheriff Arena remodel. This will provide a covered court area that the children of the school will be able to use in all seasons. Again, we thank you for your support!
Cam has made it to India and on to meet me in Nepal. A few days here and then off to Bhutan for the ride itself. Getting excited!
Thanks to the generous donations to date, I have upped the target another $1000 to $3500. I really do think we can smash this out of the park, especially once we share the ups and downs of the ride...and there's some big ups!
I found this pic of Cam & I (around 1996/97?) with our Great Grandmother, Mum Gibson, and the memories came flooding in! She was such a gentle lady. Caring, curious, clever and encouraging. She was still living on her own at this time and was not far off clocking up 100 years on this earth, which she made! We ride in her memory, and for the future of Dr Graham's Homes and the students of the future.
