RIP My Lugosi

On Good Friday my dear wee little cat Lugosi had to be rushed to the vet. He couldn't walk and looked in pain. I took him to the Waikato Emergency Vet and spent the day there waiting for him to be examined.

The nurse administered some pain relief while we waited.

Sadly I got delievered the dreadful news, that it was highly likely his femur. was fractured. One leg was longer that the other and his hip was badly dislocated. The vet believes he was hit by a car

There was a possibility for surgery however it would cost up to $2,500 and there was no garuntee he'd survive.

I had to make the most painful hard decision to have him euthanized. It was devastating

Money raised goes solely towards to vet bill. It includes the after hours consultation and the pain relief, euthanisa and cremation.

R.i.P my little boy. Mummy didnt want you to suffer.
