Please support Hazel in her journey to the Commonwealth Games, and at the Pan Pacific Championships.

I'm lucky enough to have been selected to represent New Zealand at this years Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, and also the Pan Pacific Championships in Los Angeles, USA. However, New Zealand is a small nation, and swimming a primarily self funded sport.
My campaign plan this year involves a 3 week training camp at altitude in Sierra Nevada, 2.5 week training camp in Stirling, followed by 2 weeks in Glasgow to compete at the Commonwealth Games and a final 2 weeks in LA to compete against the Pan Pacific Countries, before returning to New Zealand.
Despite working 25 hours a week, some remaining funds from the Yvette Williams Scholarship, and support from the NZ swimming Alumni, there is a large portion of costs I am to personally cover.
Any amount big or small, or even sharing this link amongst your friends and communities would be much appreciated.
As a thank you, for every $1 donated, you will have entry into a draw, where I will be giving the winner a signed 2026 Commonwealth Games cap and photo autograph of me (hopefully with something shiny!), a NZ Commonwealth Games T-Shirt and a person video message. This will be drawn on 1 August after the Commonwealth Games, with items sent out after my return to NZ. Please include your instagram @ in your donor message to be included in the draw.
With your help, I hope to bring something shiny and gold back home to Aotearoa.
Nga Mihi.
Funds raised will go toward flights, accomodation, and transport costs in the lead up to the Commonwealth Games, and in LA for the Pan Pacific Swimming Championships (which are fully self funded).
