Help Roger & his whānau fund his cancer treatment
Mangere East, Auckland
Roger Fowler is the poutokomanawa for our whānau, and community and has been living with advanced prostate cancer for a few years now.
All funded treatments have been exhausted, the next series of treatments recommended by Mercy Radiology, Epsom is called Terbium 161, a highly promising isotope for targeted cancer treatment.
OCTOBER 2024 UPDATE: unfortunately the Terbium 161 treatment has had little impact on the cancer. His oncologists propose a fresh round of chemotherapy, which is also not funded.
It will now cost $110,000. The generous contributions from dear friends and whanau are greatly appreciated and have certainly helped towards the high costs
Roger is the father of Tāwera, Hone, Maia and Kahu.
