    We made it as planned and we are still very excited about how it went. beautiful weather, the only tough weather part was a strong head wind near the end of the first day but.... it could have been much worse.

    We got all the way to Arthur's Pass on the first day which was further than planned. Great work Rosz. Lindsay, Rory, Dave and Laura (our support driver).

    I'm blown away by the support and the very generous donations. Thanks so much to those that have donated and also to those that would like to but aren't able to at the moment - we appreciate the messages of support too.

    Paul from ECR has been in touch and is very grateful for the moral and financial support.

    So thanks and I wonder what the challenge will be for next year!!

  • Money being used for boots and jackets for the most vulnerable children

    I was messaging my good friend Paul, founder and mainstay of ECR, and he was saying how they'll use the money raised for good quality boots and jackets for the most vulnerable children. It's heading into winter over there and it gets very cold and muddy in the villages where most of them live. So he is very grateful for any money raised.
