Ron's Wish
Ron has been transported home from Dunedin Hospital for his final days and the costs of this care are no longer being provided as promised.

Ron got his wish a few hours ago to be transported home from Dunedin Hospital to Palmerston. He is in the final stages of cancer and this wish to come home for his final days is currently marred by a bill for transport home and ongoing home care expenses (that were previously though to be fully funded) The funding promised has not come through.

I learned through Facebook and then phoned my close friend who still was reeling at having posted she needed some financial help for her Dad who is a top bloke and now in the final stages of cancer. Questions were coming in on the post as to how people could donate, so I am setting up this page on her behalf.
Use of funds
The funding is primarily for Ron and Doris Gregory, firstly to cover the cost of Ron's transport home to Palmerston, but other funding is also needed for his comfort, to a standard fitting to Ron, any surplus funds will be used to support Doris.
