Roo's fundraising for Age Group World ITU Triathlon Champs in September in Mexico
Auckland
I’ve been competing regularly in triathlons since I was 11 and for years before that was tagging along supporting my two older brothers. I’ve admired many great New Zealand triathletes and some great athletes ahead of me though school who gave me inspiration.
As I got older I dreamed of competing internationally and wearing the silver fern. In the past 18 months my commitment to training and racing has stepped up to a whole new level. This past summer I qualified to represent New Zealand in the Age Group ITU Triathlon Grande Final being held at Cozumel, Mexico in September.
The cost of this amazing opportunity is around $6,000. My number one supporter and I are working hard and doing our best to get me there. Friends and supporters have encouraged me to set up this GiveaLittle page to help me turn this dream into a reality. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support,
Roo
P.S. Mum needs you to know she is struggling slightly with me on GiveaLittle. Cheers again
