My mom has undergone the surgery - But we are in shock!

Firstly thank you to all those who have given me help with my mother's situation in San Pedro hospital. We are indeed grateful for your help.
The surgery to allow my mom to breathe through her neck and feed through her stomach has been done. the biopsy has been sent away to Manila for analysis
My husband had talked to the doctor responsible for mum on Skype. My husband is a kiwi. My husband had asked the cost of everything to get this first stage completed. For the operation only, but not the ongoing cancer treatment, which way not included in the costs.
The quoted cost by the doctor was around P150,000 then he said maybe as high as P200,000. Not knowing what the rate was we went ahead. Now we have been presented with a figure over P300,000 which is something we cannot hope to cover at this time. We don't know how this happened or how we are going to find this sort of money. We are praying for someone to help us, or at least tell us how to find a way to pay for this for her. We are already finding it difficult to pay what we thought was the actual amount ourselves. It has exhausted all our reserves and we have loaned money from the bank already. We are in a state of shock as to how something originally estimated to cost around P100,000 then rose to P150,000 - P200,000, without any extras, has now become over P300,000.
