Support for Rotorua Symphonic Band

Rotorua, Bay Of Plenty

Our band room has been a memorable place the local musicians to gather and share our love for music for over 120 years.

On Sunday the 2nd of October 2022 - band members were woken up to a devastating news the band rooms were torched in an arson attack, and we have lost everything inside.

We suffered a huge financial loss as our entire library, instruments - woodwind, brass, percussion and piano, equipment - amp, microphone, uniforms, and historic photos cannot be recovered.

The band is determined to keep our rehearsal going and be back on stage at local events.

Funds will be used for us to get back on our feet by replacing the gears and finding more permanent solution for practice room, we need your help!!!

If you could make donations - THANK YOU ❤️!!!!

If you have concert band music or instruments that you could provide us, please contact Jayson, the band manager directly - mail to: rotoruasymphonicband@gmail.com
