Feeling helpless about Climate Change?? So were we. Now we are doing something about it.

ROVE was born out of four friends wanting to have an adventure and a positive impact on this beautiful country we call home. We decided to ride the length of New Zealand, visiting and helping established conservation groups on the way, learning as much as we could from a variety of sources, and spreading the word about the great local projects that are already underway.

Our cycle journey, food, bike maintenance, accommodation, website, and time are all funded with our own money so you can be assured that all funds raised through this givealittle page will go towards these great organisations that we visit along our route.

We'll split donations evenly among groups who

1 - are an established group,

2 - are charitable / not for profit,

3 - with whom we volunteered on this cycle trip,

4 - work on public land, so donors can visit and engage with the site freely in the future,

5 - and have public visibility of their visions, goals, and status.
