Let's help Sam, Kim and their amazing family get back on their feet after losing their home and possessions in a fire

Taranaki

Earlier this week Sam, Kim and their kids Beau, Connor, Joel and Annie went through the horrifying ordeal of watching their family home, and all of their worldly possessions, burn to the ground in a matter of minutes after a fire started in their lounge.

They all made it out ok, and are extremely grateful to be alive and safe, but now have the long road ahead of them to get their everyday lives back on track - starting with finding a new home.

I know there are so many people from all corners of the world wanting to reach out and do what they can to help get them on their way, so if you have a spare dollar or two, or even just some uplifting words, please do and say what you can to get this beautiful family back on their feet x

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
