Sam's health journey

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated, we are blown away by your kindness and generosity. Sam's neurologist appointment is in 2 weeks and we can't wait to start getting some answers and treatment.

All this would not have been possible without all of you. You have helped make this appointment happen and also take the immense financial pressure off for the meantime whilst we navigate through this stressful time.
