Samson chases Dreams not Delilah

Samson started playing American Flag Football October 2024 for the Hawkes Bay Heat Men's team. Through this team Samsons love grew for the game, and attended a number of tournaments with the team. After attending trials in Wellington and 2 in Auckland, Samson has made the New Zealand Under 15's team (12players) that will travel through to Los Angeles, USA late June for the Under Armour Junior International Select Cup.

An amazing opportunity for a kid who is so driven and committed to every sport he plays. Samson attends Hastings Boys High, loves learning especially History and Technology Product Design. Time is limited with 2nd XV Rugby (halfback), school, homework, and his own personal fitness training. He is the quiet achiever, doesn't like to talk, eats loads, cleans, smells good and still hugs us :)

This sport is new to NZ so no funding is available, and we have less than 5 weeks to raise money. We have started our own fundraising also, found out 13 May, and will continue till we reach our goal.

American Flag Football will be at the 2028 Olympics, so this is a great opportunity for Samson.
