Sarah's Final Journey: A Dream Holiday to Rarotonga

One of my closest, long term friends, Sarah McIvor, lives near Oamaru, and has been facing the challenges of stage four bowel cancer for more than a year, sadly, it appears it is starting to fight Sarah back now, BUT despite her condition, she remains so positive, using her journey to spread awareness about the importance of early detection of bowel cancer, focused on life and staying positive, her resilience and spirit are truly inspiring!

She has outlasted even the doctors' expectations and continues to inspire us all with her strength. Now, while she is still physically able, we want to give her the respite she desperately needs in a special way and aim to send Sarah and her loving husband, Jared, on a dream vacation to the beautiful island of Rarotonga as soon as possible. This trip is more than just a holiday; it's an opportunity for them to make precious memories, enjoy the tranquillity of nature, and celebrate Sarah's unwavering spirit and love for life.
