Save a little soul fighting Thalassemia major

Muhammad Rayyan, 8 year old, is an eldest son of my childhood friend Nasir Hussain. Nasir and his family live in Hyderabad, Pakistan. He runs a small size business to meet his family needs. He has a daughter and 2 sons, unfortunately, both his sons were diagnosed Thalassemia major from the age of 6 months. Both kids have been going through blood transplantation almost every month ever since their diagnosis.
