We want to save Denton Park for future generations to enjoy and at the same time show the council the public has a voice.

Denton Park was gifted for outdoor recreation. The park is used by Hornby Cricket, Hornby Rugby and the general public.

Christchurch City Council has undertaken to put a community centre on Denton Park. This is in opposition to:

1: The intent of the gift from the Denton family

2: The public consultation which prefers Kyle Park

3: Councils own traffic report that states Kyle Park is better suited

4: Future govt planned public transport options

Use of funds

Your donation will help with funding the legal costs to Save Denton Park.
