Help save my daughter's Vision

Jahvarnalya is a bright intelligent young girl she is only 13 years old and has her whole life ahead of her she is a top student at Palmerston North Girls High school and loves her guitar and JiuJitsu. In 2016 Jahvarnalya was diginoused with KERATOCONOUS: it is a progressive eye corneal diseases that cause the front of the eye, the conea, to weaken and become coned shaped causing loss of vision.

As the result of lack of public funding declined referrals and hassle we have been through to even be considered for public funding over that time the rapid progression in Jahvarnalya Kercanous disease has deteriorated causing loss of vision in her left eye. She still has some vision in her right eye..We need to save her vision in her right eye as her case of Keratoconous progression is at high advance.And we have waited a year to finally have a referral accepted to see a specialist to confirm diginouses that she needs surgery then to be told she would have to wait a further 6mths or longer just to get a follow up assessment then there would be a further wait for the 45min surgery. please help save what vision my daughter has left...Thanks.
