Save my Bun

Raising much needed funds for my gorgeous boy 'Steel'. Steel is an emotional support bunny who has been the most incredible pet since my fiancée committed suicide. Steel has been with me through thick and thin, we travel everywhere together, making him probably the most well traveled bunny in NZ, however he fell sick on Friday 3rd May, was admitted to emergency care on Sunday 5th May, and I am now fighting to keep his care up until the best surgeon comes back to review his case and operate. Steel is a 6kg pure bred (blue steel) flemish giant, and has just turned 1 years old. He is now fighting what was thought to be a liver torsion, which is now looking more likely to be an absess on the liver.

After loosing my fiancée in 2020, working on myself, shaving my head for Mens Mental Health in Nov 2022 and getting him in June 2023, I not only needed to be loved, but I also needed to love again and having done so, i couldnt imagine my life without him... If you have met Steel, he is no ordinary bunny. He travels all over NZ, comes to the beaches and parks and runs to his name. He is my only family left in NZ, please help me give this beautiful boy another chance at a happy life.

Steel is an exotic animal, and his pet bills are already over $4,000. Please help to raise what I can to get him back to be a happy boy, running free with his Mumma and adopted human Uncles and Aunties. Every little helps, so thank you so much.
