Save Our Moana, Save Our Corals, Save Our Food Source

Hi! You've come across my GiveALittle. Do you like seafood, seeing beautiful coral underwater, scuba diving, marine life, or all of the above? I'm on a mission to provide my working hands, divemaster skills, and passion for the ocean to do coral restoration work in the tropical seas around the world. Not sure what coral restoration is? Think of it as under water gardening of and planting of baby corals that were raised in a nursery.

My name is a Janet and I'm in my final year of my Biological Sciences undergraduate degree at University of Canterbury. I've been blessed to have beautiful supporters in the past who have helped me get back to places like Coralpalooza in Florida, USA, Coral4Conservation on Plantation Island, Fiji, and Livingseas Foundation in Padangbai, Bali. My mission is to lend myself as a vessel to do good for our oceans.

I've previously volunteered for the Waiheke Marine Project from 2021 to 2025 surveying Koura, Kina, and Ecklonia Kelp.
