  • We're getting there!!!

    You guys!!! You wonderful people have donated $690 so far and we couldn't be more touched by your kindness and generosity.

    Here's where things are at. With our on-the-ground fundraising efforts, Give-A-Little contributions, a grant from the Central Hawke's Bay District Council Mayoral Relief fund, and a wonderful donation from the Poranghau Bowling Club, we've made a huge dent in the shortfall we had to replace our bowling green.

    With all this support, we now have just under $9,000 to go so we are updating our goal. Isn't that amazing?!

    We have secured some short-term loans to cover costs for now so we can get the ball (or the bowl!) rolling, so to speak, but of course, ANY help is welcomed so we can get those loans paid back as soon as possible.

    Thanks so much for your ongoing encouragement and love - we are humbled by just how many wonderful people have come to our rescue!
