the last 13 years have been providing emergency housing to those in need.

WINZ supplier Community Services Dargaville Detox D'ville Hospital D'ville Mental Health Whangarei Hospital Neighbour's have bought people and familys come here looking. We have helped many move to better places and also helped with NorthAble

After a decade of saving this community owned property and 10 trustees later due to cancer, strokes, heart attacks and covid i am the remaining representative.

As a responsible trustee I maintain this trust asset the only way i can. Live here in one building and have no contract boarders pay 7k rates, power and keep the grass under control until the trust can be active again. All these monies go through the trust account. I have reduced every cost. Plumbing roofing mechanic I pay for myself. The lawyers are its only debt.

to see public page is Te Kopuru historic hospital trust. We lost charity under Maungarongo before my time

Took 3 years to find proactive people, but now we are being challenged by a group of people who we believe to be dishonest.

2 years later and i have no personal money left. I have been selling my and my aunts cups saucers teapots plates glasses photos paintings shoes dvds hand tools plants cacti roses more.

I am a trustee. Our main trustee passed suddenly in late 2020. This is a very large property and a fire hazard. I manage this asset only to ensure that it can remain out of debt until new trustees can be appointed. I do not want the community to lose it.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
