Save The Amazon~Raising Funds ~Ben Lomond ~Bare Foot Walk~

11/12/21 Going to Ascend & Descend Ben Lomond 1,748 metres from bottom of Gondola bare footed to Raise funds & bring a wider awareness to save for our Amazon Rainforest. To help the indigenous tribes on the front line aka Amazon Guardians protect the forest, their families, the animals, all lives as there is a point fast approaching of deforestation in the Amazon that the damage will be irreversible and if we don’t take action, animals, plants and humans will all face dire consequences. It's on going for 520 years, time to stop! Murder, Threats, Displacement, Deliberate fires on a colossal scale, Lungs of the Earth burn.

• Ancestral Home to over 1 million indigenous split into 400 tribes.

• Greatest Supplier of Oxygen to the Planet

• It plays home to more than 1,300 species of birds.

• Biodiversity Over 3 million species live in the rainforest, and over 2,500 tree species (or one-third of all tropical trees that exist on earth)

• As well as 40,000 plant species.

• The Amazon rainforest is home to 10% of all known species in the world.

Your Donation will be sent through a trusted charity (Netherlands Centre for Indigenous Peoples) to the Guardians of the Amazon who I have direct contact with.
