Please help 15 loved rescued donkeys whos home has been destroyed in recent Greek wildfires. No donation is too small to make a difference.
Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty
Wildfires have struck Rhodes Island, Greece and have destroyed this gorgeous oasis and home of 15 loved donkeys/ family members to small business owner, Christos and his mother Angelina.
Because if this devastating disaster they have no income to take care of their rescued donkeys, who are in need of food, water and medicine.
Christos and Angelina provide safe refuge and a home for old, sick and abandoned donkeys. Their business is not to make money in the slightest, but to care for these beautiful creatures. Food, water and vet bills become very expensive when you have 15 donkeys in your family to care for. They fund this project through tourism, taking people of all ages on unforgettable, wholesome excursions this is no l9nger possible because the land had been destroyed. They also house travelling volunteers to help (for 8 years now) I was fortunate enough to be one of them.
Now disaster has struck and wildfires have destroyed the south of Rhodes. Leaving them homeless, hungry and with limited water.
My name is Grace I'm 25 from Tauranga, Aotearoa (NZ). I am one of the many volunteers who has had the incredible opportunity to live and work with this gorgeous family of 17.
Please donate! This money is for an amazing cause and no donation is too small to make a difference.
Thank you so much! From Christos, Angelina, Fooflis, Foivos, Sebastion, Argiris, Tsampiko, Katerina, Giannis, Remi, Thomas, Bruno, Manolis, Paris, Katolina, Toofast and little baby Tom.
I am a recent volunteer who has lived with Christos and Angelina for 3 weeks in June and July of 2023. I care alot for them and their welcoming kind hearted nature. I believe they are doing a wonderful thing and I want to help however I can.
All money donated will be spent on food, water and medicine for these beautiful creatures!
